Thai Foot Massage

Thai Foot Massage is a treatment steeped in oriental medical tradition and history, the origins of which were first recorded in the famous ‘Wat Po Temple’ in Bangkok. It is believed that it has been taught here since the reign of King Ram the 3rd in the mid 19th century.

The treatment is a massage of the legs and feet, which includes the use of a wooden acupressure tool. It has elements of Shiatsu, Reflexology, Chinese massage, and uses a variety of techniques including rubbing, kneading, stretching and vibration. The massage is rigorous, but also very relaxing. It promotes overall health, increases energy and provides a general sense of well-being.
